Colleen was absolutely awesome! She made us feel very special and reinforced our belief that we made the right decision purchasing a new MDX from Price. When we purchased the vehicle last week we didn’t think we would use the Price service department for routine servicing of our new MDX because we live more than an hour’s drive away in Ocean View, Delaware. But now, after our experience with Colleen, we belief, it is well worth the drive to have Colleen oversee any future service needs we may have. We also were impressed that Colleen arranged for us to have a loaner car and have Billy return our car to us when the service was complete. From this point forward, we are huge fans of Colleen and Price.

The original issue of intermittent battery connection was not resolved (apparently, due to a communication error on the part of reception); additionally, the engine cover was lost/damaged during service. I only discovered this myself by looking under the hood before driving off of the lot. Calvin made acceptable concessions to remedy the outstanding issues and had the MDX delivered to my residence thereafter. The service timeline was also affected by parts on backorder, which is understandable; however, the day-to-day approach of determining a date of completion was difficult to manage as the dealership's loaner car was not available (I ended up purchasing a 2nd car to mitigate impact to work/family and cost of renting). Calvin remained patient and determined throughout and I believe he managed the situation as well as he could with the circumstances he was afforded (which were not indicitive of a "luxury" experience)-- which I was reminded of during my initial call as the receptionist said "Well, maybe you should have your expensive luxury car serviced at the dealership" after telling her I had been keeping up with oil changes since the car was last services at Price in 2018. Lastly, the final price was about $700 above the work I authorized via mobile-- I believe customer satisfaction would increase if that additonal cost was included so that it doesn't appear as hidden. Despite the complaints, the work appears to be complete and thorough and I look forward to a smoother experience next time.
