Colleen is very professional and is indeed a customer concentric provider. I am very hopeful that Acura fulfills its offer to fix the timing pulley issue discover during my visit. My visit was on 12/30/20. Acura’s offer to fix the problem virtually cost free to us is very much appreciated. Given our departure on 12/31/20 for Florida it is impossible for us to avail ourselves of this offer at this time. We will return to Delaware in mid May & will then hopefully have this issue corrected per the offer. In the interim the vehicle will be stored in our garage in Lewes & not driven.

Colleen was outstanding.She was very nice.Service was performed with in the allotted time.Shuttle drivers were friendly & Prompt.I am concerned about the location of Colleens Desk &chair.The location of chair is in the line of traffic.Seems a little risky.I will use your service department again .

Due to the work being performed on one of the two restrooms, during this pandemic it's  very important to keep the one restroom shared by both staff and customers disinfected more than once or twice a day to help keep down the spread of the virus. Bryan is excellent.
