I am very happy with the service provided by the service department
The staff was very professional and it’s not their fault but I am not happy with Acura and now need to buy a new vehicle.
The computer system should not just break for no reason and it shouldn’t cost the blue book value of the car to fix it.
I’m a little angry that they performed $2500 worth of Routine preventative
Maintenance before telling me the computer Repair will cost $5000.
I would have saved the $2500 in maintenance and left a happy Acura loyal customer and probably traded in for new Acura. But now, I will never buy another Acura!
My wife and I think that Colleen is an EXCEPTIONAL employee. She is ALWAYS courteous to both of us everytime we we take our Acura MDX for service. We noticed that she is busy all the time but still manages to get the job done
Colleen went above and beyond to explain the services being performed on my vehicle. She was professional and friendly. She truly made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. Great job!

I had service A16 and bought new tires as well. Technician charged me for valve stems. I have TPMS, so an obvious overcharge. Couldn’t figure out how to refund the difference. And, believe me it’s not the money, its the fact of being taken advantage of. I’m an aircraft engineer and know maintenance, don’t try to BS me. Handed me a credit card slip and told me to walk it to the cashier for a refund. Really?!? Got in my car, looked at tire pressure, all four tires had a different reading. Rf 35, of 37, rr 37, or 36. I took a picture to prove it. spent so much time trying to get a refund did not go back to have tp fixed. You would think you could at the very minimum get the tire pressure right. Bryan Wallace did not check me out, he is always great at knowledge and customer service. I’m extremely disappointed in the maintenance aspect of the visit. I have 3 Acura’s and 2 Honda’s all purchased at Price. I have had every service done on time on each vehicle. Pulled my receipts—that in excess of $200,000.00 dollars for vehicles and maintenance and service. I expect better services from the technicians. I feel I was being ripped off, now I have doubts about the integrity of the service section of Price. And, now considering taking my business to the Newark Acura/Honda dealer. Not happy at all.
Upon mu arrival i was clear on the amount of time I could spend at the dealership even removing certain services so that I could leave in a timely manner for work. The elected services were completed around 10:15 so Colleen asked if I wanted to go ahead and add one of the other services which would only take 1 hr. It ended up taking 2 hours and causing me to miss another scheduled appointment. Its my understanding that the techs had med appointments scheduled and had been taken away from performing said service which caused the delay. The detail shop was not answering Collins call and tired could they get in touch with the detailing manager. I asked for the manager and he was absent. Colleen was very apologetic and courteous. I do not blame her for this. Better communication should have happened as I could have brought my car another day for the additional services. I was very unhappy with how this turned out and not sure if I will get services at thus dealership in the future.
Brian has always been very helpful and easy to work with. He is one of the reasons we continue to have our maintenance done at Price Acura.

I asked that my car be ready by2:00pm No problem was the answer twice I asked when making the appointment and when I got there . Why did I get out after 2:30pm Very poor customer service .
Brian was simply terrific. Communicated regularly while my vehicle was being serviced. The conciere vehicle drop off is an amazing service. This is why I am a loyal Acura customer

Outstanding service!! Colleen is very knowledgeable, mannerly, compassionate, and extremely thoughtful. This was my first visit for service to my vehicle, and I will be back...especially if she is there. Dave also did a professional job on servicing my vehicle, and I will request him next time. My vehicle was even washed! Impressive!
