Bryan is always professional and service oriented. I would say that the sales and service center could use an update to better align with other Acura dealerships.

I had asked to be called if more cost than an oil change and correction of the +/- 2 psi of the tire inflation, based on the digital message on the car screen. I had asked Initially over a week ago, about checking the heat switch,but found it was ok prior to the servicing, so not to bother with that and thought their was illumination for the fan speed controls but asked to receive a quote on that as I do have an older car and as a senior need to be realistic on costs.
I also had been told in prior services, over the years since I purchased my car from you, to save my mailer offers from you, that tho dated they would be honored when I needed that service but was told in this service that was not the case when i was called to verify the cost of this service..very disappointed in that.
Colleen was very customer service oriented and have always found her to provide timely and thorough information and would rate her response to my requests very high, but unfortunately my requests to disregard the heater inquiry and the light cost and the Special cost for the oil change...as per my mailer offer, my cost issues....were not understood or my clear indication that i would be using the past coupon mailers were not explained to be invalid when i called in my job instructions and revised those instructions prior to the actual service date.
Colleen is awesome. Very helpful and professional. Always a pleasure to work with Colleen.

I know times are very different but Colleen did an amazing job with every client to ensure they were greeted and made to feel welcome. She went around several times to every person to update them on their vehicle as well as offer refreshments. I came in very frustrated about my car needing a battery so soon, but thanks to Colleen I left happy and she was pleasant and understanding. I will definitely recommend your dealership because of her. Also, every team member that walked by said “hi” or “how are you”. Keep up the great work!
