The lady working (Kolean) had a nasty attitude. The whole time,"client" was waiting for someone to assist them even after asking plenty of times, her reason was she did not want to help because she was busy with other "client". she could have called someone to assit but no instead just made the clients wait and waste their times and asked them to find help themselves. The salesman working inside even said she should assist since the client kept mentioning they had work and were getting late. But no, instead had a nasty attitude and walks over to the other client that she was supposedly helping, says "omg so rude" as if people do not have ears. Wasted 30 minutes of time for 5 minutes worth of work. Hire some professionalism, this review is from local business owners so, price acura please take this review serious. Also it would be appreciated if the client atleast receives their car washed especially after spending $700+ . Very upset with the service, do not appreciate getting that kind of treatment. Hopefully price acura makes some changes and looks forward to keeping their customers satisfied in the future.
