Frank is an awesome service advisor, he can be depend upon, keeping you informed about the status of your vehicle. When I am making an appointment for my vehicle, I make it on the days Frank is working. Great job Frank!
I was told it would be about an hour and a half wait for my service. I waited in the lobby for almost an hour and a half when I was told my car was next in line to be worked on. I understand delays happen but am upset that they waited until my service wait time was almost up to tell me my car had not even been touched yet. If there was a delay, I should have been informed earlier.
Dave was extremely helpful. Made for a stress-free, efficient service experience which is the reason I drive an hour to do my service at NTW.

Dave Ferguson was very polite and thorough with how my car was going to be serviced before maintenance was started on my car. He explained the additional maintenance that was needed and provided evidence and explanation to allow me to make a decision if I wanted to proceed with the additional services needed on yesterday. When my car was finished he thoroughly reviewed the work completed and made sure I was satisfied with service provided on my car.

I think your employee evaluation system is terrible: no one can completely satisfy their customers every single time. My service was ok, but it was completed 1.5 hours later Han promised, and I wish the communication to schedule a Lyft back to the service center had been more proactive - I ended up walking back. Overall I’d rate it 7/10. Not perfect, but hardly a failing grade.
Every single time I come for service I ask if the car has gone through the car wash and the answer is always no. Today the reason was due to Covid protocols - which could make sense except someone took my car to the service area and then drove it back to the main area - so it’s not like no one is driving it. Dave gave me the code to take it through the car wash but when I got there the sign said closed. The door was open but I didn’t want to chance going in part way if it was closed. I tried calling the service area and no one was able to answer. I called the number in my text from Dave twice that said my car was finished with the service but no one answered. So I left with no car wash. These little things make a difference in coming there for service. Otherwise it was fine.
Dave and other service advisors were very helpful figuring out how to lower the spare tire.
