I only bring my vehicle to Toyota for service and have complained about the brakes/rotors/noises etc for years and spent countless amount of money on it trying to fix it and they have never resolved the issue and now tried to charge me another $1000 to fix the same things again. Don’t think so. I’ll be getting someone to fix it once and for all
After payment, my vehicle was not returned to me promptly. I waited over 30 min. Mix up due to two keys with same tag number. At least they should have apologized for the long wait.

Dave was very good at making sure that I was clear on what oil my Venza took and what my preference was. I want led Mobil 1 and he made sure I understood the price and that I got what I wanted.
