Never received a follow up call regarding my tonneau cover. I was there Friday 7/23/21 and had the cover looked at. I was told that they would be in touch after Accessories Manager decided on the next steps. It is Saturday 7/3/21 and all I received were 2 texts, one stating someone would call soon and the next for a satisfaction survey. I need this cover fixed ASAP and it is under warranty. I left my car on Thursday night for a 2:30PM appointment for my car on Friday. At 9 AM I received a call from Fred that my car was done and ready for to be picked up. Great service!

My vehicle sat for I don't know how long as I waited for an hour and a half. No one confirmed my cell #. You notified my husband's cell not mine. This also happened 6 months ago. I finally walked to check and had to find someone to help me. There were 5 vehicles sitting in a line up to exit. I am very disappointed in your service.

I don’t understand why I was being charged for over 8 hours of work when it worked on for maybe 5 hours. Through the Toyota app I can see when my truck is moved, unlocked and everything else. They told me it wouldn’t be done until Monday due to it being too much work. If it’s too much work then why would it only take 5 hours and charged for 8.5 hours? Then they said oh okay it’ll be done today. I got there at 3:30pm and my truck had been sitting in the back parking lot and then moved in inside at 5:01 from sitting since 1:47pm. I should not be charged hours of work that was not actually done. This is ripping people off.

Poor communication. They had my vehicle for 2 days. It would have been nice if they communicated with me the 1st day that they may have to keep my vehicle overnight. You don’t call someone late in the day and tell them you need to keep their vehicle. I did not have another vehicle to drive so I had to scramble to find rides. The next day I had to call and find out the status of my vehicle. Finally I just went over there to get some answers. As I was standing there I got a text saying my vehicle was ready. I am not treated like that at Price Toyota. If they had a loaner car they always gave me one. I was not offended that at Newark.

The car was not finished by the time it was requested (dropped off at scheduled 10:15am, was asked when we'd like it back and we said 4:30pm ... with no indication that it might be later. Notification that the car was available was after 5pm.)
