David Crow the technician also needs recognition for going above and beyond in getting my truck repaired. He worked late to get the job completed knowing I had an out of town commitment. That man deserves a pay raise for his work ethic and taking care of his customers

I call and your service rep says 6 to 8 weeks. I have someone bring in a different service truck and you tell them 12 to 14 days! Make up yalls mind. He is having transmission issues. I was having fuel pump issues..

I had to pay nearly $2,000 to have the visors fixed in my Gladiator. Given that Jeep has obviously replaced a lot of these, I feel it should have been covered since it was an obvious design or materials problem. My Gladiator was not far out of warranty and I feel Jeep should have done a recall on the visors. Other than that, Samantha was excellent and I appreciated her professionalism and attention to my problems.

Service department was Very understaffed , it was very difficult to get a hold of someone in the service department and I had to make arrangements to have my truck moved to a different dealership and I paid for it out of pocket because I was told that I would have to wait about 3 weeks just to have my truck checked in order to find out the problem.
