I brought the jeep in due to a problem I discovered with the air box. Apparently, when it was serviced at your dealership pre-sale, the airbox was not put back together properly. One screw was broken and one was a substitute screw that was too short, allowing dirt to get past the air filter into the engine as the box wasn’t sealing properly. When it was brought to the attention of your service crew they did do a very good job of sourcing and replacing parts and getting it fixed for me. I am thankful it was fixed, but I’m disappointed that this was able to slip past your dealership to begin with.

Very prompt service. Friendly and Courteous. Enjoyed the visit while my vehicle was being fixed and recall on the tailgate was checked. Highly recommend this dealership and personnel for all your vehicle needs.

I can say so much, over the last few years with the service or lack of. Topping off fluids during a regular service has been an ongoing issue, for instance windshield washer fluid empty every time except this visit. Took a week to get a recall done. When we did finally get the truck back the airbag service light was on, which wasn’t on when we took it in, pry marks where they accessed the airbags to change them, oil all over the inside of the truck where the touched everything to change the airbags. Etc. like I said, so much can be said over multiple visits, but my advice would be to overhaul your service department, every person in town that we have talked to has the same opinion.
