The guy David was super rude, no customer service. Kind of mocking me. Rushing me to explain what was wrong with my car with hand jesters. As if I were lying. Not to mention my car was not put on any diagnostics. So yes I was unsatisfied with the service because how I was treated and I have to take my car back into service.
