Carl was extremely helpful, and I appreciate him for taking the time out to assist me. I had an appointment. Everyone else walked passed and ignored me, I sat there for 35 mins. But after walking inside, Carl stopped what he was doing to help.

I was prepared to wait for my car. David offered a Lyft so I accepted. He told me it was take about 2 hours. I called back at 11 am to check the status of my car and was told he was not available because they could not find him. Then they said he was on lunch. I ask for a manager and they said someone would call me back. I waited 45 minutes and called back. He was still not back from lunch and no manager was available. He finally called me back and stated he called me, but he must of had the wrong number. Lies, you all have my ohone number. When he checked me in I received a text. So all lies. Was not satisfied this time.
