Our service advisor David has been great! He has great customer service skills and very professional at his job. But we our unhappy because our 2018 Chevy Silverado had to get the transmission rebuilt. The issues continue to arise since the rebuilt of the transmission. We have complained about the issues but it seems they can’t find anything wrong with it. This is becoming overwhelming and frustrating for us. We have escalated the issue to GM corporate office and hope to get a response asap!

I have visited WIN Chevrolet for years. Most of the time I am treated with condescension and gullibility that I don’t know anything about the car I drive or the service I am there for. This was an oil change appointment I made online. A price was given on the website and the price I was initially asked if I was on with was $119.00. That is highway robbery. The price on the website is almost half that price. Then I was told that I had to pull it up to show the price on Chevrolet’s app!! Ridiculous. Then I was asked if I wanted a tire rotation. My car has 2 different size tires and I expect service providers to know that! It’s stock! But again I got treated like I’m stupid and I only came to WIN for convenience but I won’t do it again. His name was Rogelio and I don’t want to be contacted by him. Good day.
