The check in for service is horrible .. leave customers outside waiting for lengthy periods.. car wash is terrible .. I received good service from Carl he was assigned to me after sharing my concerns about my interaction with the only other advisor who is sitting there like a bump on a log .. could care less about the customers .. it’s my understanding they are short staffed .. they need a job fair and a care about your customer fair..

Truck is still not fixed. I have been told that the sound/clunking in the rear end of my truck is acceptable to GM. I have only owned Chevy’s and this is by far the worst. I traded a 03 Silverado for this 2018, worst mistake I could have made. I would love for someone to ride with me and tell me that what I am experiencing is normal, if it is I am done with GM.

Carl was wonderful very pleasant. The issue is with whoever is in charge of contacting the clients when car parts are in . They are very rude and try to brush you off the phone without looking into the issue or concern. They need to step up there adicutte in customer service
