I received the best customer service ever from David. He greeted me with a smile and even addressed me by name. He seemed like he actually wanted to be at work and help me with my service. He kept in contact with me about my car and also offered me a ride back to the dealer which no one has ever done. It was a pleasure dealing with David and I hope to do so again next time I need service.

My car is still having the same issue with the radio still glitching the driver side display screen and I payed for something that didn’t get fixed
I was not happy at all they took 2 months and 2 weeks to get my car back . I wasn't offered any kind of rental or help from them. They gave me an excuse for everything . When I went to see what was the problem then I asked her that I needed a some keys from the car took her 1 hour to get them from another person cause she left to lunch and left me waiting . She could've told me hey I'm going to lunch I'll have someone get them for u that was not the case

I took my vehicle to for a bad odor coming out of air vent. After the tech could not find any issue David scheduled for a GM engineer to come and inspect my vehicle. I took my vehicle on Sep 19 at 7 am as we agreed. Once I got home I received a call from David stating that the engineer was hospitalized and unable to go. David stated he does not know when the engineer will be able to go to the dealership. That he will contact me when he can figure something out. I also spoke to the service dept. Manager John. He explain the situation and also said he would everything he can do to get my vehicle inspected. I haven't heard back from either one of them since 9/20/22
