If it was not for Jennifer I would have gone elsewhere for my service needs. I have had several issues since buying my car from Star Dodge. The first being the engine threw a rod. When management would not even talk to us, Jennifer was right there walking us through the process and got me the replacement needed. If it wasn’t for Jennifer I would have taken my business to the Dodge House in Clyde TX. We were not treated well by many of the staff at star Dodge. That includes our salesman who left right after we bought the car. I have to say that Jennifer has been a Godsend and a life saver. I am in a wheelchair so transportation is difficult. Jennifer was able to get me a loaner whenever they had to keep the car so I was able to continue living my life. Jennifer deserves a raise and gratitude. Star Dodge upper management has made my car buying experience ever catastrophic. But Jennifer saved the day.

Logan really helped me today. It was showing on everyone’s computer that I didn’t have tire coverage. He went out of his way to dig deeper and make some necessary phone calls to confirm that my tires are actually covered. You have a great employee! I hope to do a lot more business with you guys.

I had several conversations leaving voicemails as well as a text saying that I did not approve the go ahead to repair $1746 worth as I did not have that money and I wanted to just do pieces and parts of the repair work a little bit at a time not all at once, but y’all went ahead and did it without my permission and now I owe you more money that I have. I’m trying to borrow money to get to give you that get that money to you, but it’s gonna take a while because I’ve already taken out too much money this year and I’m getting taxed on it and paying penalty on it so I’m gonna have to wait for January 2 for me to pull some more IRA’s. I don’t have any of that kind of cash you want from me right now I’ll try to get my company to flat front load me some money. I’ve tried to get my bank to frontload me some money, but nobody seems to be willing to do so $1746 .
