I thought Mr Jimenez was very professional, genuinely kind and helpful, patient and knowledgeable. A really great person to trust with helping me! Give him a raise!! Also Roger and Cecil, the drivers that so kindly transported me to and from Star, were outstanding and pleasant- they need raises too!! I enjoyed the experience and would mot def use Star again because of the awesome people! Thanks
