I do enjoy my service visits. all the employees are helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I feel safe after a service visit knowing that everyone did their best to keep my sportage dependable and safe to drive.the coffee and hot chocolate are great also.

The only complaint I have is I never receive any info on specials on service for my vehicle. I receive in the mail if I want cartrade my vehicle in. I have owned 15 new vehicles over the years and always received specials in the mail for service. I think it's time for Matt Black to do the same. I would rather go the the dealship then a local garage.

As I wrote in the last message. You guys took advantage of my wife charging her 80 bucks for something that wasn’t her fault. We have been leasing cars from Kia for many years, and never even herd of changing a cabin filter in a car that us a year old! The vehicle was totally flooded on the passenger side, and this was not her fault! We pay $390 a month, and you guys had the nerve to charge her money, after being inconvenienced, and having to lose time at work, bringing this car in for service, on a one year old car! I am totally disappointed with your service, and will never lease with you people again! That money she was charged should be refunded at the very least! I guess this is what you get for being a loyal customer for all these years! I am very disappointed in the way you treated my wife, and charging her some bogus charge for something she had nothing to do with!
