Since purchasing my kia sorento in July of 2020, I have always brought my vehicle to you for service. Today was the first time I encountered an issue. I was called and told it was "recommended" to get a new battery, front brakes and rotors. I asked them to please just complete the oil change and tire rotation. Financially I was unable to have all the services done today. When the vehicle is picked up, it wouldnt start. I called the service center and tell them I'm in the parking lot and the car wont start. The response i got was "yea, it says in the notes here you need a new battery." How is it that when I drove it there my battery was fine, when my car was moved to be worked on it was fine, and when it was brought back to the parking spot for me to pick up it was also fine and turned on with no problem. But when I get there, now the car doesnt turn on?? Could have been a coincidence, but I highly doubt it. My night ended with purchasing a $200.00 battery. My car has not given me any issues with turning on since I got it, regardless of how cold it's been. Just very disappointed and discouraged.

This place and Rachael very professional from first time they called me to also allowing me same day to have car looked over since this Is now my personal vehicle that meant something. I would consider using this service dealer for service for my car going forward from the service department to detailing everyone positive and helpful. I have had 12 company cars in 24 years now I no longer have company car I bought a used Kia optima now out of warranty I am confident this place will look after my car so it can go 280,000 miles with proper service. Lastly Rachael asked any of my questions I had asked and she also gave me updates and discussed next steps for the car future needs thank you for programming the key fob and for ordering the wheel baring for my steering wheel very nice experience.
