I have been on hold for over 30 mins waiting to speak to someone, I have gotten no help from live chat, phone, or text. Rachel was very nice and professional, but I can't believe how disrespected I feel by this experience.

Louis Paramonte is the best Kia specialist in New Jersey! He fixed my catalytic converter with professionalism, integrity, and great care. I had complete peace of mind with his quick and reliable service. If it were up to me, I would make him the CEO of Kia nationwide. I am very, very satisfied with his service.
