I did become a little concerned while waiting for my car. A customer came in who just had service and started yelling that the service area didn't do a job they stated they did. I hope this was just an oversight on services part and not a common practice.

It was quick but wasn’t asked if I wanted something to drink or help myself to any bagels or anything. Should have been treated better and when I was told my car was vacuumed it wasn’t still had dirt in my vehicle but everything was ok. I think oil changes should be free for your first visit and maybe your customers will be more happier and maybe people will buy more cars from Kia. Thank u

Had an appointment to have replacement shocks put on today at 9:30am. When I arrived I was told the parts were not ordered. I would think if info was needed from me and they knew I had an appointment that someone would have contacted me prior to the appointment to get the proper documentation from me so the parts could be ordered. Wasted my time this morning.
