The actual service of the oil change and tire rotation was perfect. The service technician unplugged my dash cam for some reason and did not plug it back in. Also I had a coupon for the service for $79.95 (expires 2-14-24). In the fine print it included 6 quarts of oil. But after the service the representative claimed it only includes 5 quarts. Somehow this brought the bill up from $79.95 to $109.06 after tax. I expected to pay any disposal fees and tax but this was far above what I expected and I was disappointed by the experience.

Good service very informational about work done on my vehicle
I do not have a problem with the way they handled the installation and reprogramming of the key. I do have a problem with the dealership and that I have several friends who have had to have keys replaced that have cars that are far more expensive than mine, and have paid for less for that key, I have purchased two vehicles from your dealership and feel it over $500 to get a replacement. Key is outrageous and I want you to know that I will be buying another car but it will not be from your dealership.
