Lou was a fantastic service advisor for my vehicle issue. I came in as an out of state- semi stranded driver and he got right to work trying to address the issue as soon as possible. Within several days my car had a new engine. While it was frustrating to deal with the engine problems- Lou made the process of getting things fixed care free. He was always very responsive and understood the urgency of the situation. Great Kia staff member.

Lou has taken care of my past and present vehicles and I couldn’t be happier. He always has a smile and explains things to me as often as I ask and never complains. Matt Black Kia in Toms River is awesome and Lou is one of their best employees. The whole team in that location work together like a well oiled machine Congratulations on such good service. In today’s day that is rare !!!

I do not like the fact that they disconnect my camera every time I go in for service, if my camera wasn't disconnected I could confirm if my car bumper was damaged while in for service
