Whoever test drove my car must have hit a curb because now my rim is damaged and it wasn’t when I brought it in- my service manager was great, but this is unacceptable

I appreciate being taken without an appointment and still getting the full service treatment. All of the repairs and oil change were done within a reasonable amount of time. It reaffirms my decision to purchase my vehicle from Matt Blatt Kia !!

Ended up taking the car, not fixed and having to fix it through another shop. Very unprofessional, the customer service was terrible. I noticed I was talked too differently as a women, and my father was talked too with respect. I will be going to the Kia dealership in Lakewood, I’ve dealt with them before and they are great! Matt Blatt Kia will never get any money or service from me again.

Window crack was to be repaired at the same time as recall for seat belts. I was told because it was raining it couldn’t be done. Why couldn’t it have been done inside? I assume because of the whole process.

I set an appointment after receiving a recall notice. I arrived for the appointment but the correct replacement parts were not in stock. I will be called back to set another appointment when the parts are available.
