I've been and still waiting for over 2 weeks for parts to come in so work can be completed.
Also, when i picked up my vehicle I had no knowledge that the battery had been disconnected so when i went to DMV inspection the car failed due to emissions test not being complete.
Louis provided the best of service!
Instead of providing the service I came in for they tried to up sell me on 2 new tires that I didn’t need. Went elsewhere to have service done

When you think of having to deal with an auto dealership service department you don’t necessarily expect a pleasant experience. At Matt Blatt Kia I am greeted by Rachel immediately and always pleasantly, we discuss what I’m there for, I wait for my car to be serviced which is always completed in a very reasonable amount of time and when done Rachel comes to get me and after taking care of business she walks me to my car and I’m off. Can’t ask for a more pleasant experience and it’s Rachel that makes it happen. I have owned a lot of different cars, including many BMW’s, and I’ve never had the kind of service as I’ve had provided by Rachel. She is a wonderful representative of Matt Blatt Kia.

Car was towed in Monday the 22nd and I was told it needed a starter and a battery which we paid $873 for. While driving home from the store the car stalled at 50 miles an hour on the parkway I did call back And report this the car did start back up but then on Wednesday it’s terrible noise from under the hood. Car stalled and lost power again and I had to be towed back on Thursday. My issue was there was not a loaner car I was told the engine was now the issue and would be replaced at no cost. I do understand that there’s a shortage of loaner cars but I didn’t appreciate was the way I was spoken to By Lou. As you can imagine it was a very frustrating and dangerous week. Stalling and losing power at that speed twice and having to be towed twice and to be treated pretty poorly saying that we were calling too much. I asked for my car to be put back on the lot and we were going to take it to Manahawkin. He told me the car was in pieces and wasn’t sure how long it would take to put back together the tow truck arrived 15 minutes later in the car was ready so not only was he rude on the phone he was caught in a lie. Not sure if you were affiliated with Manahawkin but they could not have been any more professional and nice treated us with respect and understood that that was a pretty crazy week and a very dangerous situation . I will be filing a claim to possibly get back my money for the starter I understand the battery was dead but I don’t think for one minute that car needed a starter and if it did they did something wrong I have a video of how loud the engine was in the noise from underneath the hood which I also forwarded to Lou. Anyway, I don’t feel that I was disrespectful to him and to be yelled and screamed out on the phone after that week that we had was inappropriate and I was told down in Manahawkin this is not the first time they’ve heard this but I’m not going to go down that road. Feel free to reach out if you would rather hear this personally but I do want to put that claim in I have names of everyone I spoke to an Toms River thank you Rich the repair was under my girlfriends name Dawntarantino I just got involved because I didn’t want her driving this car after what happened.
Very professional and courteous and fixed problem in timely matter.
Took vehicle in immediately and said it would take about 1 1/4 hours. In 1 1/4 hours the car was done as estimated.

Absolutely loved my experience at Kia service and Rachel was incredible, as well as the gentleman that worked on my car. I apologize I forget his name. Was extremely pleased and will definitely be returning.
I love this deLership. They are so very nice to deal with. So far great customer service. I would rather have my truck serviced here instead of the dealership closer to my home.
