It was a pleasure to deal with the professionalism that I received from the Matt Blatt service department. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by the gentleman who opened the garage door. First of all I met a service writer by the name of Matt who checked out the message on my dashboard and arranged an appointment for me. When I arrived at my appointment after pulling into the service area I was met by a gentleman named Ben that wrote up my service that was needed and saw to it that a had a service loaner because the computer was in need of an update that would take hours to do. My car was ready asap and was very pleased with Matt Blatt service. Thank you all who I was in contact with.
