Though appointments are not really required. Knowing that Fridays are the busiest days for any car dealership; appointments are suggested. With that being said; I was in need of service due to my oil pressure dropping. I took my vehicle in and explained what happened and knew there was a chance of it not being serviced. But as always, the service department got it done and kept me from having any more issues. Not only did they take care of the issue causing my oil pressure to drop; they also serviced my oil for me. All in all; it hands down was one of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with Kia.

The gentleman at the counter was so kind and helpful. However service was done on my car and they were suppose to dry out my car - they did not. The floors weee soaked - in turn the windows and dash inside were soaked from condensation. Of course I got my car after hours and had to wait 25 minutes of being in defrost to dry the inside windows. The floors are still soaked worst than before inbrought it in and smells like funky mold. Thanks Kia!!
