I first took my vehicle in on I believe a Tuesday, was told the part needed replaced and the warranty I purchased would cover it, I was told that an appointment was made for me on Friday and when I showed up there wasn't an appointment and that they said I could leave my vehicle and they might get to it sometime that day, I asked if they could do it Monday and that I would need a vehicle for the day, but was told that it would be the mechanics first repair of the morning at 8 and it would only take an hour and a half, so I figured I didn't need a vehicle, however it wasn't taken in when I was told and my vehicle wasnt done till towards at least 4 in the afternoon, I honestly don't think my vehicle was top priority, I was told a few times that they would work it in. The part is fixed now and works fine, I'm a little disappointed that I was told one thing then they turn around and forgot what I was originally told, I guess lesson learned for me in the future.

Victoria was an amazing service rep. She went above and beyond to help get my car fixed.

All if the ladies that work in the service dept are of quality and professionalism. Victoria or the other ladies are always polite and very helpful No matter what my situation has been, they always take good care of me. These 3 ladies all deserve the highest of praise. Thank you. Eric S

She made sure to get a loaner vehicle that was more than suitable for my family. Also, she did all of the leg work talking between warranty companies that reduced time and money for me.
