The service was the same day thankfully to fix my issue. The staffer where kind and completed the repair expertly. I look forward to the next time I bring in my vehicle for service.

I was very unhappy with the work done on my car! My cars ac was working fine before I went to get a radiator put in. When I picked my car up the ac condenser was damaged and the ac wouldn't work anymore. The guy that worked on my car was very rude and it was very unprofessional of him to come to the front and confront me when I was unhappy with his work. He was very rude to me and called me a liar!
Kimberly was professional and courteous. She took care of all our concerns and questions. She recognized me and my wife. She treated us like we mattered. She was fast and friendly. Great working with her. She is a breath of fresh air in customer service.

I gave y’all 20,000 dollars and now that entire dealership act like you don’t give a **** ab me after y’all got your money.
Along with my inconveniences to not just the timelines given to me but my travel plans as well. You guys made promises to me that weren’t kept and I’m unsatisfied w the salesmanship that I have dealt with. this entire experience has proved to me the jokes about car salesmen.
I’m not dealing w the service people that’s your job. You guys promised me this would be done in time. You guys say you don’t communicate w the service department well that’s not my problem. I bought the car from the sales department not the service department and it’s ridiculous that I was told to get in contact w the service department to get paper work on service done when that is your job to get to me. The fact I had to call and investigate the details of my cars status should say enough.
I understand things happen but A LOT of things happened that where an inconvenience and weren’t what I wanted my first car dealership experience to be.
Madison, the salesman, provided information and assistance that was at a higher level than I have had in prior vehicle purchases. He really worked hard to ensure the buying a new vehicle and getting it delivered was as quick as possible and kept us informed though out the time.
Even though there was a delay in getting the parts needed, Kimberly was very nice and helpful and communicated with me in a timely and professional and polite manner to keep me informed of how everything was going.
