I took my car in to check a minor problem and they kept my car for 24 hours without calling me and and letting me know what was the problem unable to get a phone number I went back the next time see what was going on that was not good customer service I will not be back to that shop it will be my last time coming there NC
As I stated - Overcharged for a "Warranty" item. Will not do business with CCOG ever again, nor recommend. Actually, I will no longer purchase Chevrolet because of GM policy as was stated by your dealership. Totally crooked.
Great experience. Called late with a punctured tire and they worked me in and repaired my tire. Could not have asked for a better experience
When i asked about the 44.95 online special was told thats not why I asked for. I didn't ask for anything. I dropped my 2019 camaro off first then my daughters 2011 hhr. Her hhr was taken back and completed ay before my car was. My husband and I missed an appointment due to this. When I asked why the cars were not worked on in the order they were recieved i was told that waiting cutomers get their vehicles done first. This didn't apply to either vehicle due to the fact neither of us waited. I ended up spending 140.80 on 2 oil changes when it could have been around 100. I will not be back nor will I recommend you all to anyone. I hate this because I've been dealing with Team Chevy for years, but after this im definitely done.
Team kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle and recommend additional services while my vehicle was there. Great service and pricing.

If I had known I would be there for 2 hours and 45 minutes for a simple oil change I would have done it myself. I checked on the status of my car but had to wait since a group of staff spent 15 minutes in another room yelling loud jokes and ordering food on the phone. I have no problem with any of that when it’s not busy, but is it hard to keep an eye on the service desk every couple of minutes at least?
The job was well done and my car had been vacuum out look very good. I was pleased with the work.
