I had slight concerns on this visit. The service clerks were very professional, polite listened and talked with me about the dispute I had with services on this visit. I was also able to talk to the manager, he was polite enough to take the time and discuss my concerns with me, and explain further. Thank you for the professional courtesy that was shown.

I was told to expect a report on my car Saturday evening by 4pm. I received a text on Monday morning around 7:30 am. The repair took less than 1.5 hours. I was led to believe it would be completed Saturday evening or I would be given diagnosis of the problem and my options. The work was done, but communication
about the issue with my car could use some enhancements.
He is energetic, on the spot, even signs my name on the tab...he can write better and me. you have a good young man there that is working over time too make his boss and customers happy....better inform him if he works like this in ten years his hair will be gray or like me bald. W W stafford
I was satisfied with the oil change an tire rotation, but the problem with locking. my doors from the inside was not fixed. I didn’t notice it until I returned home when I press the inside door lock it locks then immediately the lock releases on checking the repair order that issue was not in it so the service tech failed to put it in the repair order.
