When I dropped my vehicle off at the detail area, an employee noticed one of my tires had a bulge in it and called it to my attention. He said he would have someone in the service dept. look at the tire after it was detailed. I waited longer than I usually do after my vehicle is detailed so I thought it was in the service dept. and the tire was being looked at. When I was finally told my vehicle was ready, I found out my vehicle was still outside and the tire had not even been looked at. The service rep. said he didn’t know what they were supposed to do. I had to wait again while the tire was looked at.
