I didn’t need to waste time for someone to go over the car to find other things wrong. I only had an hour as people were depending me back to work in issues with the job applicant system since I am going on vacation. When a person comes in for one thing that is what they expect to receive not a possible $3800 estimate

When I picked up my car it immediately gave me the flashing engine light just like it did before bringing it in. Now I will have to bring it back. Kind of frustrating.

The staff here exceeds my expectations every time my vehicles are serviced.
Visit was for a vehicle inspection. My tinted windows failed this year, even though last year's inspection (done by Team) did pass. When asked about the difference I was told that it was possible that the technician last year just did a visual inspection and this year they used a measuring device. Otherwise, I was not given any indication of why it would have been difference from a year ago. I have a follow up with another dealership now to get this resolved.
