my dissatisfaction is not with the staff at Team Chevrolet. I do have issue with the fact that I brought my car in for servicing for a door locking mechanism problem and I had to bring my vehicle back to find out that another part of the same door is malfunctioning. This issue should have been resolved with one visit to the dealership not multiples after my door flies open while I'm driving making a right turn. Totally unacceptable being that my life was in danger. on a positive note the service advisors at Team Chevrolet or quite adequate in good at their job.

The process of having the car examined and the return of information was very professional and much appreciated. The check out process while swift was not complete as I did not get the first one or two pages of the invoice. I also asked about the inspection and I was told that it was done as far as she could see. I did send in a request for the complete invoice but I guess I will have to stop by to get it. I also had to come through the shop entrance as there were a number of people in the waiting area not wearing mask and this would include the staff
