The kindness from the manager when he came over after seeing us there a long time and gave lunch to our young daughter was very memorable. We really appreciated the thought. (She also loved the doughnuts and pizza!)
The man is friendly and he can explain everything to customer satisfaction.
Felix was great!, but It took like 2 1/5 hours to get an oil change and rotate the tires, and I am still not happy with Toyota changing the times from 3 years to 2 years. I have had 4 leases from Toyota and this is the 1st time I haven’t had 3 years!
My service advisor was very professional and I was satisfied with my interaction with him. My issue is with whoever changed my radio station. It may sound petty but I think it rude to service someone’s car and change their radio station. Turn it off if they don’t care for the content.

Specific comments regarding this last experience:
- I asked for a complementary ride to my house (6 minutes from store) since my car was going to be there ~3hours. When it was ready, I was calling the store for almost an hour to see if could get a ride back (as ALWAYS when I have long time services) but no one picked up, so I had to call an Uber myself to pick up my car. Really disappointed that this time no follow up with my needs. Usually all the people who had helped me in the past reach out and make me feel acknowledged. Today I just felt forgotten.
- I visited the store around February because the engine splash shield was loose (missing screw from previous visit) and it had to be tight again. Now it looks like my shield "is missing" (I had my car serviced in June and no one noticed?) And now I have to get a new one. I drive a lot and if the shield falls (as it happened on February) you'll notice. Since I've had issues before (the one with the tires exchanged on June) its really weird for me that now the shield just disappeared. The only thing I can think off is that it got lost on the shop or placed somewhere else, since I KNOW that didn't falled. I don't have prove of that so I won't say that's what happened, but that's what I think from previous experiences.
I do my business with you guys every two months. But since last couple of disappointments I think I don't feel my money is value for what I'm getting. I wish the best and nothing bad to you guys, but I think you have to know this feedback if you want to be the best of the best. I won't claim anything since tbh I don't have any fact on hand, but wanted to share my experience with the people who really wants to know.
