I think when a service rep is off that Toyota should have an automated system that gives the repair case to someone who is working that day. I received no noticed all day and it’s my work car. I don’t blame him. There should be a better automated way to track repair communication with clients.
I was very satisfied with the service I received at Toyota. The young man who did the intake, Felix Olvera, was very friendly and attentive, he is a credit to this Toyota facility.

First time with Janice (typically have Bo). Janice just felt a bit short and rushed. Some items required attention but didn’t have an opportunity to really discuss them to see when they should ideally be done or to schedule their remediation. Whole experience just felt different for the first time in years of bringing multiple cars in for maintenance. No follow up is necessary, I’m sure she was just busy running around this morning.

3 hour wait for an oil change and a tire rotation is insane especially when I had reserved an appointment . I purchased this vegicle brand new and Omar (our sales person) informed my fiance and I that we would get a wash and vacuum with every service (this is my second service and i have yet to receive a wash or a vacuum) I have a Toyota dealership 5 minutes from my house and still choose to drive an hour away to remain loyal to this dealership because of Omar. However, I am very dissapointed with wait time and level of service.
