I also appreciate getting a print out, indicating the level of performance of my brakes and tires. I know that’s an extra step, but it’s good to know how those parts of the car are faring.

Felix was kind and I believe he try to be informative I believe to no fault of his we went to get sun visor fixed which it wasn't able to but would cost like $300 dollars and we were charge to have out side srs drivers side air bag side plastic cover from coming off and they said they glued or epoxy which for $85 which I could have done for like $7 dollars myself
