I had raised an issue with phone connectivity issues. I was told that they do not perform such service at 3:45 pm appointment time. I was asked to come again Yesterday while you guys called up to confirm the appointment I had reminded about that issue. I was told that it would be taken care of. If uou had told that it needed an earlier appointment time, I would have rescheduled the appointment

My original Uber cancelled on me and Bo was able to reschedule a new Uber and I was able to get my car. Bo kept me very informed. I had my car towed on Sunday and Bo called the next morning around 7:30 and let me know he got my paperwork and that they’re going to get my car in and get it looked at and he’ll call me back. I was able to get my car back Tuesday evening so the turnaround is really quick.

Janice was great. She really seemed to be concerned about the customer being satisfied which is highly unusual as of late. Definitely one of the better service managers I have dealt with at Hartford Toyota.
