Roy was excellent today ! He was polite and friendly and really knew his stuff. He went extra mile , checked on my car for an update . He was patient and answers all my questions .
Felix Olvera took care of me as soon as i got in the facility . Felix also took the time to go over with me about my vehical being serviced and options that i had with my vehical . Felix on the day too pick up my vehical he had taken the day off,i was being help with a gentleman named Rob who went over with me about engines & head gasket optuons. Overall the serviced at Toyota Super Store was great. Obryan from Parts was also helpful and Jazzman the cashier was great host while i was there in very bad timing with my vehicle. I would like to be reimbursed for part of the cost of my detail service. The entirety of my vehicle was not cleaned which forced me to spend and additional 2 hours at the dealership on a Saturday.

Firstly, I was glad I was accepted for vehicle service as a walk-in, I appreciate that. On completion of the service, during review, I had questions about details on the inspection paperwork. Janice seemed impatient and not inclined to answer my questions. I then asked her to go a little bit slower and patiently explain/answer my questions/concerns, which she did, but in a rather haphazard/hurried way. I would hope she shows patience with other customers and respond, professionally, to their questions.
Steve Elliott was hostile and angry. I had said I wanted to get another service plan not knowing there is a time limit. I was unable to use my final service appointment from my last service plan. I was unaware that there was an expiration. Once I learned this it did not make sense for me to get another plan as I live very far from Hartford. I asked Steve to cancel it, and he became angry and did not hide his frustration. I will not ever accept him as my service representative again.
Bohdan is great. You should have him train your other service reps.
