Steve was great and expedited my service, while servicing other customers at the same time. I was on time and waited several minutes waiting while there were other service advisors that seemed to be free,and although Steve seemed to be very busy,he took the time to take care of me. I sincerely appreciate his service.

Wasted my time. Safety recall known by toyota to have no fix. I should not have been told to come in and i shoukd not have had to wait 2 hours to be told what they already knew. Didnt even wash my car.

Upon returning home I noticed a straw had fallen out of glove box. I tried to return it but unable to close the box. The glove box is removed of all items and I am still unable to close it

The technician changed the headlight setting and did not set it back. We had get the manual to figure out which setting was for auto on. Not a biggy; just frustrating.
