Felix did an excellent job. He was so informative and knowledgeable. I love the new videos that are taken during the vehicle drop off AND from the service tech when recommending additional work. I have been a customer for over 10 years bringing both of my cars to Hartford Toyota for service and this was by far my best experience! Great job guys!!
