I was told there were acorns in my air filter and the blower had to be removed and cleaned for almost $300. I declined the roughly $300 charge to clean. However when I arrived home and opened the filter under glovebox, I found all the referenced acorns sitting on top of the filter and a few on the floor of the passenger cabin. Is that to say that a tech at the dealership actually opened up my filter, saw the issue, saw all the acorns, and because I didn’t chose to move forward with the $300 fee, carefully put the old filter with all the acorns right back in the car? That’s kind of crazy, if so. Hoping there’s some other explanation.

Bo makes it so easy to get in for service and takes good care of you. He calls when he says he’s going to call or you get textedwhen he says you’ll get texted. I appreciate straight forward talk about my vehicles and what we need to do to keep us all traveling safely. Great customer service from a sales and customer service person !
