Hugo was helpful with my check in however the service person didn't "clock out" of my vehicle when they were done working on. I noticed my vehicle be pulled into the waiting area however I no one came to get me to tell me it was done. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes (it was fairly busy with cars coming and seemed short staffed) before I went to Hugo and asked if my vehicle was done. He asked my last name, told me it was not ready in the system and I told him that my car had been sitting in the area in front of him for about 45 minutes. He said that sometimes he does not get notified and was apologetic. He confirmed that it was my car, and checked me out. It was not Hugo's fault that my car is incorrectly logged, but it was unfortunate for me that I waited almost an extra hour for no reason.

There was an icon displayed on my car’s screen that I had learned was something about my tires. I called the dealership and, by a stroke of fortune, Mr Myra answered the call. He advised me to bring the car in and that I could get the tire pressure adjusted and, of great importance, there would be no charge for the service. Indeed, not only was there no charge, the wait time was not to bad. Please thank the technicians and thanks to Bo as well

The check in check out process was very smooth. However the car was not vacuumed. When I bring my car to the local Valvoline shop for an oil change, they also vacuum the floor, and for less money. I was a little disappointed in that.
