When I received the diagnostic multi point assessment there were some areas of concern. Specifically, my tires and battery supposedly failed the tests and I was immediately presented with options to replace them. When I sought outside opinions from other reputable service centers (townfair tire and auto zone) they had completely opposite indicators. All parties involved had reason to say things were not good as Toyota had told me but instead they told me the truth. I purchased my vehicle at the Hartford Toyota and felt that I could trust the opinions of the employees at Hartford Toyota. However, after yesterday, I have lost faith in Toyota to genuinely tell the truth and will not be back for future service.
Just paid off another Toyota ???? wouldn’t have stayed with Toyota if it wasn’t for Chip Benyi….he’s the best, priceless.

Wanted service done by noon. They didn’t find my key in the lock box till
11:30am. They said it got stuck in the slot. My question is didn’t they look at their schedule and see my appointment was for 7:00 am. They should have thought the appointment is for 7 and my car was in the lot. So we’re is key? I told them I was leaving it overnight. Thank you
