I love coming here, everyone is so nice and transparent with what they are doing to my car. I will never not come here to get my car serviced.

Great service

This is not related to Janice service since she was GREAT this last time. This is an more complex issue. I went to get my car serviced, knowing that I has to replace 2 tires from last visit. I had a 10 am appointment and after the car inspection I had two options, or coming back at 3 pm that day to finish the service or coming the next day early in the morning since I had a trip to do to Boston same day. I accepted the offer for next day. Issue is that next day they tell me that my tires are different models from the same brand and I could either install 2 and 2 or 3 and 1. How is that even possible if I've always got my service there? That means that my car had different models from months and no one could tell? I take my car there almost every 2 months because I drive a lot. This cost me a lot of that day of rescheduling and now I wonder if I'm even getting what I'm paying for the times I've got a tire in there. I just want to tell Janice always does a great job and this is more an issue for the mechanic team since they see my car ALWAYS. And this cost me a lot.
