Felix was great but when I went to pick up my car…I waited in his office and he appeared to be at lunch. Someone told me to go to the office next door and I mentioned that I was trying to pick up my car to Janice Acosta and she just told me to wait for Felix when I was told he was at lunch! I sat there for a few minutes before I went to the front desk and they helped me but Janice was full of bull **** excuses about focusing on her tasks that’s why she couldn’t help me. Even the lady that helped me gave me a smirk when she gave me that excuse. I just wanted to pick up my car! Felix = great personable. Gem of a human. Janice Acosta = if I can avoid her at all costs I will if I decide to give my money back to that place again. Not much of a team player…
