I wanted to have someone diagnose. Squeak on my 2022 Tacoma. Person taking reservation for my service (including oil change) didn’t tell me that if I schedule and appt at 3:45 no one would be available to diagnose it as the mechanics go home. The person checking me in was not really apologetic about it at all. Not a great experience at all.
Felix was very professional and informative every step of the way advising me about the status of the requirements needed and was executed on my approval.
Felix was awesome! Knowledgeable, kind and really attentive customer service in an authentic way. Think he might be new as been coming to you for years and don’t remember him but he is value added to your team!

We sat in the waiting area for 18 minutes after our car was done. The car was 1st in line in the bay and had to be moved (driven around to the end of the line again) so someone else could get out and no one told us the car was ready. No text, verbal notification, nothing.

Janice was very helpful. Came in for minor repair without apt. Was planning to schedule apt. For service at that time. Janice was able to have all service done at that time. She explained what was needed, cost, and wait time. Also kept me updated. She is very conscientious and gives great customer service.
Felix provided excellent service and helped resolve my problem with obtaining a second key fob. I am very unsatisfied with Toyota’s handling of this issue.
