I think you have a first class service department. After the mechanic checked everything out Steve Elliot came out and explained the suggested service repairs; I authorized 2 of the suggestions and the other 2 will be handled at my next appointment.
I also love that you wash my car; I don’t have access to an outside hose at my current residence. psd

I have spoken to the representative at the service counter over issues regarding Apple play and sensor issues with this car I got (Toyota Rav 4 hybrid) and before I finish both times I was told I’m the issue either I don’t know how to use it or I’m not caring for the car the proper way. It seems easy to fault the owner instead of addressing the issue the owner has. At this point I can’t wait to sell this car or even loose money that’s to deal with anyone at this Toyota dealer. Extremely disappointing.

The only thing I forgot was to ask Felix for the 15% discount on the whole bill that I’d received via email. When I made the appt online there was no place to click to apply the discount. So I assumed it would be applied automatically. I forgot to ask Felix for it.

I paid for a service in which the current package was already applied to the vehicle and in all the 2 times I came there I never had to pay. this is what happens when too many hands in one pot it gets spoiled. I reached out to my contact whom i bought the vehicle from and it was made clear to me I had maintenance active on the vehicle.
