The tech , mechanic performing oil changes doesn’t do the check list items. His performance is what I would expect from a quick oil change place.
I was directed from your normal service entry to an unmarked area for the oil change. No signage, no technician came out to meet or direct. I had to find a place to park go in through a door labeled service and ask for help. It was provided and they had my reservation. I told them I would be in the customer waiting room. After an hour or so I saw my car parked in a line of cars some distance from the customer lounge. So I went to the service desk to inquire to its status. After a minute on the computer I was told it was ready and he had me sign the invoice. I started to pay and he told me he would cover it. I asked why but never got an answer. It was strange to say the least. There were no notifications to people who were waiting for their cars. You had to inquire to find out. Very different from my past experience at Brown and Brown.

Basic oil change. Fresh Oil leaks/drips on my driveway when I got home.
They rotated the tires. Tire pressure monitor worked on all 4 tires
when I went it. After rotating the tire, the front right sensor wasn’t
working at all. Now I have to drive another 30
minutes to get there to take it back. Crazy….
