Heidi was professional and knowledgeable. It took way too long to get a scheduled appointment to have my Sierra have a download to fix the computer problem that was discovered. The dealership needs more mechanics and an easier experience for the customer to have service done.

Suzie has been wonderful to work with. She is so kind and quick to help in any way that she can. I have had to bring my vehicle in for service quite a few times last year and each time working with her was a pleasure. She listens to my concerns and offers solutions for every issue. She is also great at staying in communication when my vehicle is in the shop or when I am waiting on parts for my vehicle. The service I received from her this last visit was a blessing as I would’ve been left without a vehicle for weeks if it wasn’t for her help and quick diagnosis of my vehicle. Service was awesome! The fact that I could just schedule an appointment online the same day way great. I was not upsold on service that was not needed. I felt this was one of the most honest, caring service departments I’ve walked into. My only suggestion would be on the sales side. I spent a lot of time looking at a new GMC Sierra 2500 while my truck was in service. I didn’t have anyone approach me to discuss the truck at all…and I was opening doors, sitting in it, opened the tailgate, spent about 30min looking it over. Hell…I might of bought that one…sure was pretty!
